You are bidding on a brand new 40 foot speed/agility ladder. This ladder unsnaps into two 20 foot ladders. You can use it as one long ladder or two separate ladders. This is not a cheap made in China ladder. Made in the USA. It is made of top quality pvc blended plastic rungs and heavy gauge webbing for the side rails. It has raised rungs so the user can feel when they step in the wrong place. The rungs are adjustable so its perfect for athletes of all ages. This ladder can be used indoors or outdoors and on all surfaces. I will include a Free Training Video cd that demonstrates 21 of the most popular speed/agility drills.
Four colors red, blue, yellow, or white (all side rails are black ). Have a different color for each 20 section or one solid color. Having a ladder with two or more colors allows you to train more effectively, example: Instruct the athlete to quickly adjust their footing to a different speed drill as they go into a different color. The athlete should not slow down when switching to the new drill. Visual cue training mimics what the athlete has to do on the field (react quickly to what they see). This particular color technique can be used with all ladder drills. It combines visual reaction training with speed/agility training. with speed/agility training.
