The Abacus is a modular and expandable test system that creates telephone traffic (bulk call generator) or switches telephone traffic (central office emulator). Abacus can perform the functions of a call generator and a call switch simultaneously in the same system. The Abacus hardware is controlled by an external PC running the Abacus user interface software under Windows.

Call generation:
Call Generation is one of two modes in which a circuit type can operate on the Abacus system. In this mode, Abacus creates telephone traffic by executing compiled call sequences (scripts). Abacus can originate and terminate a call through a switch or similar equipment. The circuit type of the originating channel can be the same as or different from that of the terminating channel.You can add call generation to an interface subsystem that already does switching.You can also mix the functions of call generation and switching on a single system.
Switching:
Switching is one of two modes in which a circuit type can operate on the Abacus system. In this mode, Abacus receives a dialled number on an incoming channel and routes the call to an outgoing channel. The circuit type of the incoming channel can be the same as or different from that of the outgoing channel.You can add switching to an interface subsystem that already does call generation.You can also mix the functions of call generation and switching on a single system.

| Our payment terms are not negotiable. Payment must be received within 7 days of close of auction. If after 7 days we have not received payment we will notify eBay of a non paying bidder, and we will resell the item. We do not accept COD shipments or escrows. If paying by bank wire transfer, the amount must be sent in US dollars. If paying by Credit Card, we will only ship to a verified address on the credit card account. We only process credit card charges up to $3500.00 per buyer per each six months. If paying us directly by credit card, you will have to fill out a credit card authorization form that you can get from our website. You will need to return the form to us before we can ship the item. Buyer must call (770)253-6114 before purchasing item to pay by credit card. If the buyer does not call, payment by credit card will not be accepted. If we are shipping this item to a location in Georgia or Nevada, we will have to collect sales tax; 7.00% in Georgia and 7.75% in Nevada. If you are tax exempt, you will need to fax a copy of your certificate to us at (404) 759-2592 (this only applies to shipments going to Georgia or Nevada).
