*Defective merchandise:
Returns will be accepted for merchandise that is defective from factory, that does not have a Manufacturers' Warranty and will be given 100% refund. Once we receive the item back, we will test the item and once confirmed that it is defective, we will issue you a full refund. Broken or damaged merchandise is not considered defective merchandise. This applies to the merchandise that we sell that is NEW. This does NOT apply to our used or AS IS merchandise.
*Buyer change of mind purchases:
Returns will be accepted for merchandise due to a buyer change of mind and will be given store credit, minus a 10% restocking fee and minus the shipping cost that was paid to deliver the item to you. Buyer also pays for return shipping. Items must be returned and received in the original condition and packaging that it was mailed to you. Unused, unopened etc.
*Items that were damaged or broken in transit due to mishandling from the postal services are NOT considered defective and will not be accepted. If we receive a Broken or Damaged item, you will not receive a Credit or a Refund and you will again have to pay for shipping costs if you want the item back.
You have 14 days after receipt of your item to notify me thru EBay messaging of any returns. I will then give you a confirmation number. After 14 days the item becomes !AS IS!.
