All shipping include Delivery Confirmation at no additional cost to you. Shipping in most cases is made within 24 hours after payment is received, in the worst case scenario it would go within 48 hours. Most of my shipping is done through USPS Priority Mail and should be received between 3 to 5 business days, in same cases even faster. If the item is very small, it might go USPS First Class Mail and if really large it might go USPS Parcel Post.
