Nice radio, looks unused. Comes with Cobra microphone. Sorry no DC adapter or service manual. I powered up unit using my short wave test antenna and was able to I picked up local operators, all adjustments seem to be in working order. When mic. was key the radio went into TX mode and output power levels went into the red I did not try transmitting any further in fear of damaging the radio. I do not have the correct antenna nor did I calibrate the output. I fill this is a fully functional radio that has seen very little if any use at all. 30 day money back if it does not meet your needs.
