New items with Manufacturers Warranty are sold under the terms and conditions of the MFG'S policies only and most require buyer to handle warranty directly with MFG'S CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT; You are required to get a manufacturers Return Authorization Number, and return item directly to warranty services point unless otherwise specified in item despription; Request for purchase receipt can be made to HuntSports/HuntUSA of Colorado by email, written mail or telephone. Returns are accepted directly by us only if the item you purchased is not the item you received; No Returns Allowed on items sold as "used", "as is", "where is", or "pre-owned"; We ship on Tuesdays and Fridays of each week; Normal handling time is within 5 days of the payment clearing.
