Because we manufacture the Frame Machines, Lifts, and Paint Booths we are able to customize these products the way you want them. Every customer has special needs and preferences which would make the equipment work better for them. Sometimes it is due to their building, such as space limitation, or they may have extra room to expand the machine. Sometimes it is just their personal likes or dislikes. Whatever it is, we can usually build the equipment to accommodate you----Just Ask!

A. Star L Rack 360 Frame Machines are built in the USA using only top quality American-made materials including OTC or Omega hydraulics, Columbus McKinnon chain and Standard brand pinchweld clamps. Construction is a robust design of steel tubing, plate and structural items compared to most competitors who use thin-walled steel.
Q. What is the warranty on Star L Rack?
A. Each Star L Rack 360 is covered by a 5-year written warranty. Chains, hydraulics, clamps & accessories are covered by their respective manufacturers’ warranties.
Q. What is Star L Rack’s capability?
A. Each Star L Rack 360 is capable of repairing both unibody and full frame vehicles. Adapters are available for full frames and other special applications. With 10 tons of pulling power on each post, you can handle even the toughest jobs.
Q. Are the towers attached to the machine?
A. Towers are attached to a track under the machine. Towers travel unobstructed 360 degrees around the machine.
Q. Can Standard customize my frame machine (different lengths, heights, widths, extra towers)?
A. Yes, just tell us what you need and usually we can customize your machine with the understanding that there are additional costs to the base price of the machine.
Q. How do I know Frame-Machine.com has good frame products?
A. We have manufactured and sold over 4,000 frame machines. This is the result of quality and affordability.
Q. How does the Star L Rack compare to other machines on the market?
A. Star L Rack does the same repair job as other machines at a fraction of the cost. If you would like, a reference list is available, containing shops that have used various machines on the market and now have Star L Racks. They will tell you the Star L Rack is second to none.
Q. Will Standard consider trade-ins?
A. Yes; we will give you a quote on your used machine to apply against the value of the new machine.
Q. How does the lease work?
A. We have lease purchase programs available from 12 to 60 months. The machine will be yours for 10% of the original purchase price or $1.00, depending on the option you choose at the beginning of your lease. We also offer leasing through Acquire Leasing.
Q. What are the primary differences between leasing and financing?
A. Financing can be paid off at anytime during the term period at simple interest charges.
Q. Does Standard have a customer satisfaction program?
A. Yes. We want you to be pleased with your machine. We will work with you towards that goal - even to taking back equipment (with reasonable return charges).

Returns & Refunds
Customers may return any item that is unused within 30 days of purchase for a 100% product refund. Customers are responsible for return freight. After 30 days items that are unused may be returned with a 20% restocking charge. Returns freight is the customer's responsibility. Refunds will be made on credit cards for credit card purchases and by company check for all other purchases.
Defective items may be returned during their respective warranty period and replaced at no charge or refunded. The customer is not responsible for freight on warranty returns.
