 Here we have a very nice example of a hard to find original part and that would be the fence for a Stanley number 50 light combination plane. This part retains about all of it's black finish, I think this was an old carefully done re jappaning as I have never seen a black number 50 all being nickle plated...in any case was done very carefully and looks great and "factory" though I suspect it's not. Fence is complete with it's two thumbscrews, no damage or problems of course and is ready to go on that classic plane of yours....Starting auction off low with no reserve and only $4.95 postage and somewhat higher for foreign buyers
