WARRANTY PROGRAM:    All of our products come with a one year parts warranty. This warranty applies for residential customers only. There are others that offer all sorts of promises and guarantees but they are only as good as the company you are purchasing from. Ultra Fitness Equipment has two warehouses and a retail location.  We have been in business for over five years.  Our rating on EBAY is 100%.  We are PLATINUM Power Sellers with feedback relating back to mostly selling the very equipment you are looking at.  Our warranty does not apply to customer misuse such as damage while moving, spilling a drink on the unit, etc.

SHIPPING:   We offer free shipping anywhere in the Continental United States.  In the unlikely event that damage happens during shipment, it must be noted before you sign.  If you live on a military base, there is a surcharge please inquire for the actual charge.  For those outside the Continental US or Canada please inquire for a quote.  Shipping is strictly curbside.  Curbside shipping means at the end of your driveway, closest the main road.  Premium inside white glove service is available in most areas.  For a quote please contact us and be prepared to give an accurate description of the conditions of the inside delivery.  Inside delivery starts at $350.00.
 
Once you place your order, it will leave our warehouse in 10 business days after the first business day we receive your payment.  Once it leaves our warehouse, it will take up to 10 business days for it to arrive at your home.  Business days are Monday to Friday except for holidays and if we are closed for weather conditions.
 
PAYMENT:  We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover Cards.  In the alternative we gladly accept Paypal.  All Canada and international customers must pay by bank wire only - no exceptions.  We do not accept CODs or any form of checks.
Additional documentation may be required for orders and we only ship to verified addresses.  We reserve the right to cancel orders if they do not meet our credit terms.
 
TAXES:  We collect sales tax for ANY delivery or pick-up in the states of New York, New Jersey.  There are no exceptions made for sales tax so please do not ask.
