I  accept returned items for :I  1.-item not as described 2.- wrong item shipped  or 3.- damaged during shipping - ONLY !!! 
IF ITEM IS LISTED AS "SOLD AS IS" ... THERE WILL BE NO REFUND . That is because something may not be in great condition, or complete or whatever might be wrong with it, or item may be sealed in a box or never removed from box.  in which all will be described.Sealed items or items never removed from box will not be opened to verify if contents are in good working order . I cannot resell them for their value once this happens.

 I take good pictures of my item's so there should be no questions as to what I am selling. If the item is different than the pictures I took of it, then it was damaged during shipment . You will have to return at your own cost, but then refund would be issued to you once item is received and inspected by me to determine that item was not as described or wrong item was shipped.


For Item Damaged During Shipment by Shipper:
You have to return item at your own cost . Once I inspect the item, I will take it to the Shipper and file a claim . Once I am issued a refund by the shipper - I will issue you a full refund for the item and original shipping cost . I am not sure how many days this would take, so please be patient .

For International Buyers and Items Damaged During Shipment or Wrong Item Shipped or Item Not As Described :
This can take some time as refund for item + original shipping cost will be refunded when shipper gives the refund cost to me 1 st !
All items have to be returned to me FIRST to verify that your claim is true , and return shipping  will have to be at your own cost . Original shipping charge + item cost will be refunded when I receive a refund from the shipper .
