STAR WARS / SIDESHOW GENERAL GRIEVOUS STATUE - RARE!!!

FOR SALE - One (1) STAR WARS / SIDESHOW COLLECTIBLES Premium Format, 1/4 Scale, General Grievous Statue. A Limited Edition, this is number Six Hundred Forty-two (642) of only Two Thousand Five Hundred (2,500) produced, and they have long since been SOLD-OUT at SIDESHOW COLLECTIBLES, and at retail outlets around the world. This statue is in Mint condition. I purchased this statue new, and until recently, it was on display (in a smoke free environment) with the rest of my STAR WARS collection. I`m selling much of my collection, and this is one of the item`s I`ve decided to part with. This statue ships to you just as I first received it new, with Certificate of Authenticity,  and manufacturer`s Photo box, with original styrofoam packaging (backside of box has some wear).

His unaffected demeanor and brutal military campaigns build his reputation among the frightened peoples of the Republic, and soon the threat of his wrath becomes more terrifying than those posed by Count Dooku himself. His body is a deadly weapon forged by developers of the Confederacy, it`s living matter encased within a precision-engineered artificial body. Inside the mechanical exterior beats the heart of a killer. Grievous hunted Jedi for sport and kept his victim`s lightsabers within his cloak as trophies. His unorthodox fighting form and mechanical enhancements gave him an edge in close-quarter combat.

The 1/4 Scale Premium Format General Grievous figure was meticulously sculpted to capture every detail of Grievous` techno-organic body, from the organs in his clear green chest cavity to the marbled surface of his armor. The figure itself is a composite of metal, plastic, and polystone, engineered to provide the optimum stability and durability. The detailed paint application utilizes elaborate marbling and metallic techniques that breathe life into what little is left of his organic being. Each of the General`s four robotic limbs wields a Jedi lightsaber, each a trophy from his fallen prey. Included is a environmental display stand with artist and edition information on the base bottom.
