You are bidding on a NEW --never used, Starbucks Coffee card from the first Starbucks store in the Pike Place Market in Seattle.  This card is only sold at this store. (There was a card with the same image that Starbucks put out briefly for their anniversary, but it was pulled after hundreds of collectors complained)

The card contains $5.00 credit good at any Starbucks and the PIN number on the back is still intact so you can register your card on the Starbucks web site. You can add dollars to your card at Starbucks.com or at any Starbucks store.

Collecting Starbucks cards has become really hot --with some cards going for over $50.

This is one of the most desirable and collectible cards because you can only get it at one store --the original Pike Place Market store where Starbucks started over 35 years ago. These have sold on eBay for over $25. We are starting the bidding at $9.99

Pike Place cards are extreamly hard to find and even used empty cards have sold for as much as $20 on eBay. This card comes in a gift envelope and would make a fabulous gift for any Starbucks fan.

When I was recently in Washington, DC, I presented my Pike Place card at a Starbucks near the Capitol Building . After the purchase (I only had 33 cents left on the card), the Starbucks clerk offered me $10 for the almost empty card. She was really sweet so I just gave it to her.  She immediately started showing it to all the other Baristas and they were all impressed. This would also make a neat gift for anyone who is a Starbucks fan. The card actually comes in a gift card envelope.
