PLEASE NOTE- As these cards were most likely stored in a drawer, with an elastic band around them;
an inordinate amount of surface 'card to card' contact is present.
These cards were not abused, just stored, as most cards are, outside of their original box.
We are now able to offer these now seldom seen cards at a much reduced price.
When displayed, any surface contact marks become virtually unnoticeable.  
These are UNACTIVATED / UNUSED cards.  They were just handled a bit too much for us to call them 'MINT'.
