Ratings

We try to be as descriptive about our items as possible. These ratings are used to clarify and confirm the description information.

1 - Item is New.

2 - Item is not new, but is in New condition and would be very acceptable as a gift.

3 - Item is in Very Good condition - has a VERY small amount of wear, which MAY include very faint spots, etc.

4 - Item is in GOOD condition - has some wear, which MAY include very small spots or damage, but nothing very noticeable.

5 - Item is in FAIR Condition - has noticeable wear, which MAY include spots or damage.

Payment & Shipping Details

We accept PayPal (payment address: fanaticalfrog@fanaticalfrog.com), as well as personal checks (U.S.A. only), money orders, and cashier's checks.

Payment must be received within 10 days for U.S.A. or 15 days for International orders. If you decide to pay via another method besides PayPal, please contact us by using checkout or by e-mail to let us know what method of payment you are using. 

**When checking the shipping price of an item, if the price looks too high, please let us know. At times, the shipping calculator does not figure the correct shipping amount, and we would like to be informed of this so that we can correct the error and make sure you get a fair deal.**

 Occasionally, due to customs regulations, overseas shipments can take up to 45 days to arrive to the purchaser. We do everything on our end to get it there as fast as possible, but sometimes it is out of our hands due to customs. Please keep this in mind before asking for a refund and/or leaving feedback.

Return Policy

Fanatical Frog guarantees your item 100%. The item must be in the condition that it was in when listed. Please notify us before returning an item, for instructions regarding the return. Please include the reason for the return in your e-mail. Refunds include amount paid for the item only, less shipping, handling, insurance, and any fees associated with the auction.

Should an item not be received due to it being lost in the mail, etc., amount paid will be refunded only if insurance was purchased on the item. Insurance is an optional fee for anything purchased from Fanatical Frog.
