STEAMBOAT MINNEHAHA on LAKE MINNETONKA MN -ART POSTCARD

This is a reproduction postcard of an old photo that was colorized- very neat effect! It is a postcard of the boat Minnehaha that was built in 1906. Here it is on the Excelsior, Minnesota dock to pick up passengers. The Minnehaha was sent to the depths of Lake Minnetonka in 1926. After a meticulous restoration by MTM volunteers, she returned to passenger service in 1996. A truly fantastic feat. It is so nice to see our history restored rather than the trend to tear it down and replace it with something else. So often they realize later of the mistake and can't bring it back. In this case they did, and we are thankful! A very nice postcard-you will love! It measures aprox. 4 X 6 inches. In mint condition. (Note: ONLYCLASSICS logo does not appear on product-only on scan) I will ship in a protective envelope with cardboard for safe keeping!
