Colours are sometimes different with each computer or site. We do try to get our photos as close to the colours as possible.

When payment is cleared we do try to send your items off ASAP usually next business day, except weekends and public holidays.
When possible we do try to recycle our old postage bags and bubble wrap, if you find this offensive or cheap please do not bid on our items. We are just trying to do our little bit for our planet!
My postage rates are for postage and handling. We do have other expenses to cover not just the postage cost. EX. costs of packaging and envelopes etc. Some items have a larger amount of postage on them (like rings) as we package them into there own small box for shipping so they are safe. If you do not like our shipping rates and or terms, please do not bid.
Shipping/Postage can be as little as 3 days to 2 weeks for Australia or for international it can be 7 days to 3 weeks.

Unfortunately Australia Post does not refund for international postage so make sure you include insurance in the options area.

Yes we do combined postage our policies are as follows.
Purchase as many items that you would like in 5 days, pay the highest postage of any one item then add $1.00 per extra per item. All items need to be paid together in one transaction.
All Australian postings are capped at $15.00! You do not pay any more! And then this is express posted to you.
I am sorry I cannot offer the capped posting for International posting as postage is done on weight of the items.

An email will be sent to your email address if you are the winning bidder. You can pay through this link or you can go to your won items list, in you're MY EBAY.
Direct debit
Sometimes it can take up to 3 days to clear when using Direct Debit. When leaving payment could you please identify yourself with either your user ID or the last 4 digits of the item purchased. If you are doing a walk-in payment at a bank could you please email me that you have done a walk-in as there is no code or Id's put on these payments and it is so hard to figure out who's it is.

This is the easiest and safest payment method!

Returns
In the unlikely event that a return is request, all returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition.
Returned items with signs of damage will be refused and returned to sender.

We are not responsible for any items that are lost in the Australia Post System. We do however communicate with Australia Post and fill in all the appropriate correspondence with them, so we can help you find your item. You will be given Reference numbers if this is the case so you can then check with Australia Post yourself that everything that can be done is being done.
