This is a GREAT ONE OF ONLY TEN MADE STERLING SILVER USS MISSOURI, this is a SOLID STERLING CASE, it has on the front of it the famous Battleship:

USS MISSOURI BB 63, on the back it has the :

USS MISSOURI LATITUDE 35 , 21 , 17 NORTH ,

                             LONGITUTDE 139, 45, 36 degrees EAST

Over this spot  on 2 September 1945 the Instrument of Formal Surrender of Japan to the allied forces was signed this bringing the close to the second world war.

The ship at that time was at anchor in Tokyo bay. This is what is on the coin on the vintage original USS MISSOURIs.
