SILVER PLATE COVERED BUTTER DISH

This is an antique silver plate dome covered butter dish made by Stevens Silver Co. in the late 1800's.  It is showing pitting on the inside of the bowl and is missing the inner dish.  It measures 4 1/2" tall x 4 5/8" wide for inner dish x 6 3/4" wide (handle to handle) and weighs 1lb.   It is hallmarked on the bottom.  There is NO monogram on this item.  Great addition to the silver plate collector!
