It comes with a BRAND NEW 16 or 18" Stihl Rollomatic E bar and chain (winning bidder's choice between the two lengths; but upgradeable to 20" for an additional $15 fee). The smallest non-arborist saw in Stihl’s professional line-up, this saw’s a little powerhouse at 3.5HP. Plus, it's super-lightweight at only 10.1 lbs! The MS260 is powerful enough for felling trees and cutting firewood, but is light enough for professional limbing. The winner of this auction will be ready to make chips as soon as he/she takes delivery of this little hot-rod! If Buy-It-Now is used, I will include FREE UPS GROUND SHIPPING to the continental US, as well as a FREE BOTTLE OF HIGH-PERFORMANCE STIHL 2-CYCLE OIL! This professional grade chain saw has an excellent power-to-weight ratio and an improved air filter system. Other user-friendly features include side-access chain tensioner, IntelliCarb™ compensating carburetor, translucent fuel tank, and toolless fuel and oil caps.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with this saw; it runs and cuts as wonderfully as it looks. The plastic on it is in great condition; it’s free from cracks, chips, breaks, and deep scratches. As would be expected, all of the anti-vibration isolator mounts are good and solid and there's little paint wear. Being in such great condition, it has fantastic compression; it starts, idles, oils and cuts as it was designed to – no disappointments here. If you are not familiar with the popular Stihl MS 260, this model is built to higher standards and uses better components than other mid-sized Stihl saws. It features professional-grade engine components, magnesium engine cases, inboard chain brake, rim-style sprocket, AV mounting system, electronic ignition, and the Stihl craftsmanship and durability they’re famous for.

Every saw I own gets run on high octane, non-oxygenated (i.e. no ethanol) gasoline, mixed only with Stihl Ultra 2-cycle oil. I normally use Stihl bar and chain lubricant, as well.
