DESCRIPTION vintage stock ticker lighter lighter has no flint or fuel so it is untested but seams to work fine some signs of wear on lighter paint but glass dome and pedestal are in great shape.( NOTE: In pictures #1 and #9 the front of the pedestal looks scratched but it is NOT it is just something weird with the picture if you look at picture# 12 you will see that it is fine) OVERALL 16" tall. PEDESTAL is about 10" Tall x 6" at the bottom. lighter is 3 1/4" X 6"
