 THIS CARTRIDGE IS IN PERFECT, WORKING, CONDITION.  COMES WITH BOX AND TAB ONLY.  THE INSERT/COVER/ARTWORK HAS A VERY SMALL RIP (approx. 1 inch) THAT HAS BEEN TAPED (SEE PIC).
