Structo Hydraulic Dump Truck

Truck measures 13" long and has a lever released spring loaded ram that raises the bed.  This mechanism works just fine.  Cab and chassis has minor paint loss and minimal surface rust.  The bed has significant paint loss and surface rust on about 25% of the inner bed and tailgate, and 10% of the exterior bed.  The tailgate operates fine.  Tires and axles are good but missing one rear hubcap.
