I require insurance on any item over $10.00. If you do not purchase insurance, any loss or damage will not be my responsibility. Insurance on items shipped USPS is through Firemans Fund, Pitney Bowes. Cost is $1.95 for $100.00, increasing in increments for amounts over $100.00. I will help file any and all insurance claims but you MUST keep all packaging material in order for a damage claim to be filed.
I am not responsible for breakage or non-delivery by the shipper on uninsured items. Normally I ship twice a week.
INTERNATIONAL SALES:
International shipping is available, but only by the USPS. I DO NOT, however, accept returns from International buyers because of the shipping costs involved.
All items are to be shipped. PLEASE DO NOT ASK ME IF YOU MAY PICK UP YOUR ITEM AS IT IS AGAINST MY POLICY.
REFUNDS: Will refund if item not as described in listing. This does NOT apply to International buyers. Returned items must be insured and return postage is the responsibility of the Buyer. Buyer must e-mail me within 3 days of receipt of item for refund instructions and item must be shipped back within 3 days of receipt. (This does not mean it has to reach me within 3 days.) If these instructions are not followed, no refund will be made. Items broken in transit or not delivered to you will be refunded by the insurance carrier, if insured. You will not get a refund if you return them to us.
