International shipments shipped via USPS First Class Airmail offers moderately priced shipping but does not include a tracking number. We are not responsible for packages once they have left our local post office, however we have noted a 99.9% international delivery rate (excluding Argentina and Brazil). We no longer offer delivery to Argentina, Brazil, and Latvia due to unreliable delivery services. All packages may be insured but only up to the declared value. Claims for lost or damaged items require the buyer to sign an insurance claim form and mail it back to us before a refund can be issued.
