Super Mario All Stars for the Super Nintendo. This game has 4 games on 1 cartridge. The games are Super Mario Bros, Super Mario Bros 2, Super Mario Bros 3 and  Super Mario Bros The Lost Levels. It is in excellent condition and it works great. There is a sticker on the back of it. Please email me if you would like to see more pictures.
