SUPERB GEORG JENSEN ART DECO STERLING SILVER DISH 1931

This is for a superb vintage sterling silver art deco card or bon-bon dish by the renowned silversmith Georg Jensen. The dish shows superb styling and design , as you would expect and it displays beautifully. It is very delicately hand hammered in the top with an overlapping leaf pattern around the base. It is fully marked underneath with all the Jensen marks and silver marks and also carries a set of English sterling silver import hallmarks on the side for 1931. It is in absolute excellent condition with no dings or dents anywhere and no rubbing or wear to the pattern, there are no splits or repairs either, for some reason a couple of the little balls on the edge of the base have got knocked off but that is all, it is pristine in every other regard. It measures 124mm x 90mm and stands 55mm tall.
