Cutting :
This stunning artefact was created
using a piece of beautiful honey color Flint pebble. The knife was made on a
pointed blade. At the base of the point, a large flake was cut to createon the
middle of one side a large flake was cut to create a ridge underlining the
perfectly well balanced shape. The dorsal face is fully retouched all around the
sides, the ventral face presents a beautiful bulb of percussion. Evidence of useware is still visible
along the edges.

circa 400 000 - 650 000 years ago), and was conceived by Homo HEIDELBERGENSIS (
European Erectus ).
