What we are offering here is a very nice, high quality pen and ink on board, piece of original artwork, by the sought after illustrator Stanger Pritchard.
The pen and ink depicts a humorous Political sketch.
The artwork is signed to bottom right and dated to bottom left.
The artist has inscribed the reverse in pencil, see scans.
We have been unable to find much about the artist Stanger Pritchard, only that he was an English Illustrator and was exhibiting in 1905 to 1918. One Solo Exhibition Pritchard had, was "The Exhibition of water colour drawings and humorous sketches" by Stanger Pritchard at Walker's Gallery, 118 New Bond Street, London in October 28 to November. 2, 1907. Any comments welcome.

The overall condition is very good, with only slight soiling/spotting in places and the corners are a little bashed.
The quality of this item is exceptional.
