Be sure to include your name, order number, phone number, address, and reason for exchange/refund in the email. Orders without refund authorizations may not be processed. You will then be required to ship the item back in ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION INCLUDING ATTACHED INVENTORY TAGS AND NECKLACE BOXES within 3 (three) days of receipt via traceable shipping method. Upon receipt, you will receive a full refund. However, if any inventory tags are removed or damaged from the choker for any reason, your purchase will be sent to GIA for recertification.
