Return Exchange Policy: We will issue an exchange if your item is received defective or the incorrect item was shipped. If we do not have the correct part in stock we will credit you back the amount of the part not including any shipping fees. No returns will be accepted after 20 business days.
How Returns / Exchanges Work: We will re-ship your exchanged item when we receive the returned item from you or, preferably you can elect to have the 2nd item charged as a deposit to your account. Credit for the 1st item will be issue when the package is inspected, received and processed. (Credits take 1-2 days for processing.)
All Return Exchange Items MUST be in brand new condition, which means the item is never installed and kept in the original packaging and cannot be disassembled or damaged by incorrect installation. We are not responsible for installation errors. We are not responsible for any labor expenses, towing expenses, or rental car expenses that occur as the result of the installation of any wrong or defective parts.
Return Procedure: To return a part(s) please e-mail us with your eBay item #, full name, part number, and e-mail address that you placed your order with, along with a detailed explanation of why you need to return or exchange it. We will e-mail you back with instructions. If you do not have your order number, please indicate when your order was purchased and the full name or e-mail address ordered with. All RA numbers are e-mailed back with a return shipping address and complete shipping instructions. No returns will be accepted without an RA number. If the RA number is not written on the outside of the shipping box, it will be returned to you. All returns must be postage paid; return shipping charges are not refundable. All returns must be packaged properly; we are not responsible for damaged returns that occur as a result of improper packing. We do not send or issue call tags. The limited warranties above represent the total liability of our company and that we make no other warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantibility or fitness for a particular purpose.We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, nor for inconvenience or loss of use while the item is being replaced, including the cost of a rental car, towing charges, telephone calls, legal fees and costs, labor costs and any additional parts required to remove and replace the defective or worn-out part.
