My Policies:

Payment must be received within 7 days of the close of auction.

Buyer to pay for shipping. All of our shipping quoted is for Priority Mail in the Continental US through the USPS except for really heavy items which is Parcel Post or Fedex. We will ship as soon as possible. Most of the time, it is the next day after receipt of payment unless it is a custom made item or drop shipped item. Please allow 3 to 5 days by Priority Mail and 7 to 10 days by Parcel Post for receipt of goods. We are happy to work with you for special requests on shipping and will combine shipping for multiple purchases whenever possible. All of our items are professionally packed. We make every effort to make sure that every item is well packed and that our customers are pleased with their purchase. If you find any defective merchandise, please return it within 7 days. The item must be in the the original box with all the original internal packing, certificates, etc and in the condition it was shipped. On receipt of the item, we will be glad to replace and reship it. If you are returning an item for any other reason, you will be responsible for the return postage and will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Please contact us by email for a return item number. Gift wrapping is also available with a bow and note card upon request.

California State Sales Tax will be charged on items purchased in or shipped to California.
