Up for sale today is a NEW / VINTAGE 12 inch Stainless Steel Sabatier Loin Chef's Knife. This knife is over 30 years old and is from old stock. This is a hand forged beauty. It is the last one in my inventory. There is a small gap between the handle and the tang on the underside of the handle. This is caused by the way the tang was ground but does not effect the knife. Please note all reasonalbe offers will be considered.
