Made to the same exact standards as regular Safety Blue 1/2" Climbing Rope. Features a bold, bright color pattern of orange and white strands. This color pattern identifies the rope as a critical climbing line to personnel in the tree and on the ground. Orange color won’t fade or wear away. These ropes are very popular climbing lines. Braided Safety Blue is a top quality 16-strand weave of tightly plied polyester covered polypropylene with a parallel core of blue nylon yarn. Stays firm and round under a load better than conventional 12-strand weaves. Coated to minimize abrasion and snagging. Available in High-Vee fluorescent orange so you can distinguish it as a critical life line. Weighs .069 lbs./ft. Average breaking strength 7,000 lbs.
