We are a family owned retail Hobby Shop.  We have a physical location as well as our online store.  All items are brand new & factory sealed with full manufacturer warranty unless stated otherwise.

Domestic Shipping:  We ship orders vis UPS ground, USPS First Class, or USPS Priority Mail. USPS First Class 2-7 day domestic shipping includes confirmation & tracking. Priority Mail 2-5 day domestic shipping includes confirmation, tracking & insurance.  UPS domestic shipping includes confirmation, tracking & insurance.

International Shipping:  Worldwide shipping Priority Mail International 6-10 days includes confirmation, tracking & insurance.  To better track international packages items are shipped either Priority International Mail, Priority International Flatrate Envelope, or Priority International Flatrate box.  The most economical way of shipping your item will be chosen unless the buyer requests a different method of the three offered.

Returns & Refunds:  Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery date.  Buyer responsible for return shipping cost.  Refunds are given as moneyback or exchange.  If there is a problem with the merchandise please contact us immediately through Ebay's message system.  Each case is unique and important to us. We will handle each case promptly and fairly.  We appreciate your business.

Thanks for your interest in our business.  We are a family run hobby shop located in Frankenmuth Michigan that strives for great customer service.  Most orders are shipped next business day.  We ship Monday-Friday.  Orders received after 10:00am Eastern Time on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.  We combine shipping costs based on weight.  You will be charged for the fastest and most economical shipping service based on the package size and your location.  If you would prefer a specific shipping service please send us a message before payment.  Discounted shipping only applies if you combine your items into one purchase.
