Here is wonderful etching of Cervantes, author of Don Quixote (you can see him in the background), pencil signed and numbered (134/250) by the artist - Salvador Dali. Part of Dali's series The Spanish Immortals. Measures 16.5 inches by 20.5 inches. Nicely framed and double matted. Brown outer matting has a velvet finish. We took the etching out of the frame for examination. The previous owner said it came from a board room in a New Hampshire bank that had folded in the early 1990's. It had been in the owner's possession ever since.

We have every reason to believe that this is authentic. HOWEVER, if you win the auction and disagree, we will make a purchase price refund upon safe return of the item.

A: No, nothing like that came with it. I was the first person to open the frame and there was nothing inside or pasted on the back. The tape old and somewhat brittle. Age was clear.
