Note that maracas/pad have japanese writing on box but work w/ US game (w/ English instructions) that is provided w/ it. Using them is easy but i'm sure you can find an english catalog for the maracas/pads if you really need it. No special plugs or anything are needed to use the maracas/pads in the US. Played w/ about a dozen times.
