CD's are As Is. I will tell you if they are used or bought to download. Since I am just cleaning out my CD closet - down to 400 from 800 - I will not replace broken cases, will not clean the cases if dusty - these are started out a very low price - if you bid it up to a higher price don't expect that it will come in a newer condition if it is stated USED. Sometimes the cases come to me cracked but since it's not about the case - I don't worry about - it is about the music. If you are truly about the music - you get it. If that type of stuff bugs you, then you probably shouldn't be looking here.
