required for delivery. Insurance is included in all our shipments.
Shipping is $79.99 through Fedex Ground. 2-7
business day delivery. Lower 48 States only. Price is calculated based on
packaging cost and dimensional weight of package.
All transactions will ship same day
if processed before 2PM PST Monday-Friday. All transactions processed on
Saturday and Sunday will ship Monday.
LOCAL PICK UP: Are you in the greater
Seattle area? Don't wait or go through the hassle of us shipping this to
you.
A $39.99 pick-up fee and WA sales tax will be added to your total
during checkout. We will waive (if any) shipping fee's. This fee is based
on packaging and handling charges.
Please contact us at 425-820 2174 to schedule a pick up. Pick up hours are Monday-Friday; 9am-5pm PST.
Unfortunately we are not open on the weekends.
We can assist with the loading of TV's, but please
bring appropriate equipment/car or truck to make sure the item will fit securely in your vehicle.
Payment
At this time we require PayPal
payments only. PayPal takes all major credit cards. Payment must be made during
the first 72 hours (3 days). Please make sure your PayPal address is up to date before
submitting payment. If payment isn't received during this time a dispute
will be filed.
Local Pick up: Cash, PayPal or
Credit Card (3% will be added if you choose to pay with credit card)
9.5% Wa Sales Tax will be added to in State buyers.

This LCD TV will arrive in like NEW condition right out of the box! Comes with
at least 6 months of Samsung warranty, may include up to 1 year. You can also purchase Extended warranty packages by
clicking on the "warranty available" link above.
If
you decide this item isn't for you within the first 3 Days (beginning on the
date of reception), you may return for a refund under these terms: a 15%
re-stocking fee will be applied,
unless the item is significantly not as described.
Shipping charges are non refundable and must be paid by the buyer. Returned
item must be received in original condition with all accessories included.
Significantly damaged items are not accepted for return and must proceed with a
claim. Slightly Damaged boxes are not a reason for return.
If you receive your item and it is
physically damaged by the shipping carrier, you must report this issue with us
within 3 days of receiving the item. If you do not contact us during these 3
days, your return will not be accepted. All damaged items during shipping will
be refunded once the claim has been approved. Shipping claims may take up to 2
weeks.

Answer: This TV is in almost new condition w/ little to no signs of
use. These were originally returned to a
major retailer, tested, cleaned and are in perfect operating condition. For only
