All of our items come with a 30-Days return policy period starting on day the item was purchased. We will replace the defective item(s), provided that they are in stock, and your are within the 30-day period. Customers must email or call us for an RMA request and return the item(s) at his/her own cost. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, nor reimbursed. There is a 15% restocking fee if your item is returned to us incomplete (for example, missing a cable, or manual, etc). All sales are considered final after the 30 day return policy period.
