Payment
Our preferred method of payment is Paypal. We also
accept payment through credit cards For credit
cards, we can accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Our items all require immediate payment to prevent non-paying bidders.
Shipping
Item will be shipped within 1-2 business days of
receiving cleared payment. We are able to ship to Confirmed as well as
UnConfirmed Paypal addresses. All TVs over 37" will be shipped by
Ground Freight. Standard shipping is Curbside Delivery. Inside Delivery is an additional $50. White Glove
Delivery is an additional $100. All items including TVs are shipped
fully insured at no additional cost. Transit times for TVs shipped by
Freight is typically between 2 and 7 business days. We can only ship
within the United States. We cannot ship TVs over 37" to PO/APO/FPO
boxes. For Alaska or Hawaii customers, please contact us prior to
purchase for a shipping quote.
Returns
TVs shipped by freight will be delivered by scheduled
appointment with the carrier. Please inspect the packaging for any
signs of damage and make a note of any such indications of possible
damage on the release form. Please also make sure to write "Subject To
Inspection" on the release form. If possible, open the box and inspect
the TV for damage while the delivery person(s) is present. If there is
any damage, simply refuse the delivery. If after the delivery person(s)
have left any damage is found, we must be contacted right away. Once
the damaged TV has been refused or picked up by the carrier, a new TV
will be shipped within 1-2 business days. We cannot accept returns on
TVs over 32" for any other reason, including buyer's remorse. If there
is defect or mechanical failure with the TV, it will be handled by the
manufacturer through the warranty. A service technician will come to
your home to make any necessary repairs, or replace the TV at their
expense.
All TVs come with Full Manufacturer Warranties
that begin the date the TV is shipped.

Shipping and Insurance for Curbside Delivery: FREE
Curbside Delivery service provides delivery of your item(s) to the curb at the end of
your driveway.
This service
does not include set up or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials.
1. Your item
will be shipped to a local delivery terminal.
2. The
delivery terminal will call you when your item arrives to schedule a delivery
appointment.
• Deliveries are made between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday
through Friday
and will be scheduled as a 4-hour window.
3. Your item
will be delivered on a lift gate truck and will be taken off the truck by the
delivery driver.
4. Upon
delivery please inspect your item(s). You will be required to sign a Proof of
Delivery receipt.
Please note
any damage to the item or packaging on the delivery receipt or, if refusing
delivery
due to damage
please note refused due to damage on this receipt.
5. A signature
is required for all deliveries; the driver is unable to complete delivery
without a
signed delivery receipt.
Shipping and Insurance for Inside Delivery: Additional $50
Inside Delivery service provides delivery of your item(s) inside the garage or the first dry area of the house only,
not up stairs or to a specific room, and does not include set up or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials.
1. Your item
will be shipped to a local delivery terminal.
2. The
delivery terminal will call you when your item arrives to schedule a delivery
appointment.
• Deliveries are made between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday
through Friday
and will be scheduled as a 4-hour window.
3. Your item
will be delivered on a lift gate truck and will be taken off the truck by the
delivery driver.
4. The driver will bring the item(s) into the garage or first dry area of the house.
5. Upon
delivery please inspect your item(s). You will be required to sign a Proof of
Delivery receipt.

delivery

6. A signature

Shipping and Insurance for White Glove Delivery: Additional $100
White Glove Delivery service provides in-home delivery and light
assembly of purchased item as well as
removal of all packing materials.
1. Your item will be shipped to a local delivery terminal.
2. The delivery terminal will call you when your item arrives to schedule a delivery appointment.
• Deliveries are made between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday and will be
scheduled as a 4-hour window.

Your item will be delivered on a lift gate truck and will be taken off
the truck by the delivery crew. The
professional delivery crew will
carry your TV into any accessible room of your home and place it on
your
table or A/V furniture. (Please be sure your furniture is
assembled and ready in advance. The delivery
crew is not responsible
for placing TV inside enclosed cabinet or on surfaces higher than 4
feet.)
*Some flat-panel TVs include a pedestal stand that requires
assembly by the customer - the delivery crew
is not responsible for
assembly. The delivery crew will exercise due care at all times while
on the property
or in the residence of the recipient, leaving no debris
or packing materials behind.
4. Upon delivery please inspect your item(s). You will be required to sign a Proof of Delivery receipt.

Worried about making
such a large purchase on eBay?
We understand your concern, and we want
to make you feel comfortable about making such a decision. We have
been selling TVs on eBay for over 6 years, and have built up an
extremely good track record.
We hear the horror stories all the
time from customers who previously made a TV purchase elsewhere.
We hear the stories about extremely long delays before a TV is shipped.
We hear the stories about TVs that never get shipped at all. We
hear the stories about TVs being damaged in transit, and the merchant
not taking care of the situation. We hear the stories about TVs not
actually being brand new. There are countless stories we hear
about other merchants who simply don't do the job right, and leave the
customer disappointed. We want to assure you that we are not like that
other merchant. At Socket 2 You, we put a high emphasis on customer satisfaction. If a
customer is not satisfied with their purchase, then we are not satisfied
with that sale. Every merchant is in this business to make money, and we
would be lying if we said we weren't in the business to make money as
well. But we are also in this business making a strong effort to
represent the honest and reliable merchants that do exist. The other
merchants that are only in it for the profit no matter what consequences
fall upon the customer, only hurt our business. And it is upon us and
the other select few merchants to show that you can earn trust in this
business. You only need to look at our feedback to see that we can in
fact be trusted, and that we will go out of our way to earn your trust.
Every TV we sell is Brand New & Factory Sealed. We do not sell any Open
Box or Refurbished TVs. None of our TVs are "Gray Market" items.
We do not have any hidden fees. The total
cost for the purchase is the total price you see. We understand
that you might be worried about buying such an expensive, delicate item
on eBay, or anywhere on the internet for that matter. Every TV we sell
is shipped fully insured at no additional cost. And while over 99%
of TVs that we ship arrive safely, there are occasions when a TV does
get damaged. But we always take care of those rare situations. All TVs
over 37" are shipped by freight, and will be delivered as a scheduled
appointment. While the TV is in transit, the carrier will call you to
schedule a delivery appointment that works for you. When the TV is
delivered, it is easiest to open the box and inspect the TV for any
damage while the delivery person(s) is present. That way if there is any
damage, you can simply refuse the delivery and we will ship you a new TV
within 1-2 business days. There are however some drivers who will not
permit you to open the box before you sign for the delivery. In that
situation, we just ask that you write "Subject To Inspection" on the
release form and then check the TV as soon as possible. Then if there is
any damage, we need you to contact us right away. We will then contact
the carrier, and they will schedule to come back and pick up the TV
within a couple days. We would then ship out a new TV within 1-2
business days. So we always take care of you should there be any damage.
There are other merchants who will leave it upon you to refuse the
delivery if there is any damage. And if that isn't done, you will be out
of luck. And that is just unacceptable to us. We have built a strong
relationship with the freight carriers that we use, and we always take
care of a customer that is unfortunate enough to receive a TV that is
damaged. We want you to feel comfortable about making such a huge
purchase on eBay, and will do all we can to ensure that you are
satisfied with your experience.
