"Good working order" means that this phone has been tested to

• Power-up with a Good LCD

• Make a 611 test call

• Have a functioning LCD, camera (if applicable), and keypads

Cosmetic condition varies from B-C stock with an occasional A stock, and do show normal signs of wear.

Any auction or correspondence that occurs over the weekend or after business hours will be handled the following business day. All questions will be answered between 8AM and 6PM EST, Monday–Friday.

Our Guarantee

1. All working phones are guaranteed to Power on with a Good LCD and place a 611 test call.

(A 611 test call makes sure that the phone call functions will work by calling the cellular tower).

2. Phones will also have good charge port.

3. Phones may or may not have a battery, battery door and charger, please read the item description to verify exactly what comes with the phone.

** PLEASE CALL YOUR CELLUAR CARRIER TO VERIFY THAT THIS PHONE CAN BE USED IN YOUR AREA. WE DO NOT TAKE BACK CELLPHONES THAT SIMPLY DO NOT WORK IN YOUR CALLING AREA.

Payment Options

Payment must be made within seven (7) days after the end of the auction.  Winning auctions with no payment or contact within the seven days will be reported as unpaid with an unpaid item dispute and the item will be re-listed.

Warranty Information

Despite dwrinc’s best efforts, there are occasions when a problem may occur…

dwrinc asks that you give us the opportunity to correct the problem within the extent of our policies before leaving us negative feedback. Warranty information is as follows:

Please understand that lots sold in AS- IS condition do not have any warranty, written or implied.

All working phones, either listed individually or as a lot have a 10 day warranty period against defect.

Activation issues are not covered.

If negative feedback is left without the opportunity to resolve any issues dwrinc will consider the transaction final.

Shipping Information

Items will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment. Items will be shipped through USPS or Fed Ex, depending on weight. Items will not be shipped on weekends or Holidays.  Email notification will be sent to the winning bidder through pay pal or FED EX once the item has shipped. Local pick up is available. Please email us at dwrebay@embarqmail.com  for details.  We will not be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping company. International orders do take longer to arrive due to customs, please give ample time for your order to arrive. If an item is shipped back to us for ANY reason, we do not reimburse your shipping cost.
