Never used, acitvated to test.  The charger etc. was never used.  It was taken out of the box, the battery put in, and tested at a Sprint Store.  This is brand new, but I had to have it checked out before I could sell it, because even though things are brand new, does not guarantee they will work.  It was never used other than by a Sprint Store employee for testing of the phone.  All manuals, cables etc still sealed.  Free and clear ESN. Still in orginal box.

This was tested at a Sprint store.  It is in perfect working condition. 

I will not accept returns because people get a free and clear ESN phone, and dump their number, problems etc on it and then return it for the seller to inherit.
