Under normal circumstances we ship within one business day of receiving confirmed payment. We use USPS Priority Mail for most shipments and UPS Ground for heavy or high price items. Returns are accepted for replacement or refund if (a) an item is defective on arrival (b) significantly different from the listing description. Buyer should report defect or discrepancy within 7 days of receiving the package. Ship the package within 5 days after obtaining Return Authorization. The buyer will bear the cost of return shipping and the Seller will bear the cost of shipping the replacement. If a replacement is not available, Seller will give full refund minus the shipping cost.

If buyer returns without obtaining prior authorization, or returns a non-defective item for any reason a re-stocking fee of 15% will apply before making the refund.
