This is a circa-1900, Black & White 'HALF-TONE' Print-Plate, taken directly from a rare old original Views and Prints Portfolio of early San Antonio, Texas, as seen in the early 1900's, with identification right below the image, view-of:

IT WAS PRINTED ON QUALITY MILD-GLOSS PAPER IN OR AROUND 1900, PRODUCED by THE AMERICAN ENGRAVING COMPANY, LOS ANGELES, (AND IT IS NOT A RECENT REPRODUCTION OR REPRINT - THIS ACTUAL PRINT YOU WILL BE GETTING IS ABOUT 108-YEARS-OLD) - IT IS A ONE-SIDED PRINT (BLANK ON THE VERSO-BACK/SIDE), THE IMAGE ALONE MEASURES 8 x 6" INCHES, AND THE WHOLE SHEET MEASURES 11 x 8.5" INCHES (Edge-To-Edge), A STANDARD FRAME SIZE, SO IT CAN EASILY BE FRAMED IF THE BUYER CHOOSES TO DO SO, OR PLACED IN A COLLECTOR'S SCRAPBOOK OF RELATED MATERIAL OR AS THE BUYER DESIRES.

IN OVERALL GOOD CONDITION, WITH A FEW MINOR FLAWS, SLIGHT WEAR AND AGE-TONING TO THE SURFACE, MOSTLY AT THE EDGES, AND A COUPLE SOFT CREASES, NOT AFFECTING THE IMAGE.
ALSO, Proof of age and printing/publishing documentation will be sent along with the print to the winning bidder/buyer.
Note: Images were scanned with a low resolution setting, so they don't take long for the viewer to open, therefore the actual print looks much better.
