The travel/accommodations in this auction will be booked directly through me and not an outside agency. I also verify that, other than the government taxes and related government fees stated within the listing description itself, there will be absolutely no additional fees, charges or after auction purchases associated with booking the travel within this listing."

A guest must be at least 21 years of age to check-in at this resort.

Your winning bid will pay for the condo, all taxes, cleaning fee and name transfer fees.

Payments must be made in 48 hours after the close auction, unless you contact seller and make arraignments in ADVANCE. If not paid in that time period item may be relisted and sold to another person.

Upon Payment my assistant will enter you in the Wyndham reservation as my guest. Wyndham takes up to 72 hours to update the reservation. As soon as we receive it back with your name on it we will email you the Confirmation Letter. To do this she will need – Name for reservation, address, phone numbers and a valid email address.

At the time of check-in a credit card or $100.00 cash security/key/telephone deposit is required. This is returned if there are no charges against the unit.
