As a result, manufacturer recertified products may come with minor blemishes and cannot be guaranteed to come with all original accessories.
All manufacturer recertified products have been cleaned, quality checked and tested. Manufacturer recertified products are certified by the manufacturer as fully operational, and most come with 90-day parts and labor warranty.
Q:Do you ship to APO/FPO mailboxes?
A:There are certain restrictions on exporting certain kinds of technology outside of the United States. These restrictions prevent us from shipping products to APO/FPO mailboxes.
Q:Do you ship to Puerto Rico or Virgin Islands ?
A:No. There are certain restrictions to ship to these locations at this time.

A: We are required by California law to charge an electronic waste recycling fee on certain products when shipped to a California address. This fee, which is transferred back to the State of California, is charged on products that have a monitor screen, such as CRTs, LCDs, televisions and laptop computers. If you return an item for which you were charged an electronic waste recycling fee, the amount of the recycling fee will be refunded. Please refer to your packing slip or our return policy for more details on returning items.This charge will been seen in checkout as a handling charge.
