All package will be sent by air with register(also with postal tracking number). To most countries, delivery usually takes about 8~15 working days. Occasionally, delay is unavoidable. Alternative shipping methods, such as SAL (takes 2-4 weeks), EMS or other freight companies, are available upon request. The items will be sent out within 2 working days after receiving the payment. Please check out our other auction items to combine shipping and save on postage.
All items are sent via registered airmail or other freight companies are always carefully addressed and packed. We are not liable for delays incurred during delivery. If that does happen, we will help the buyer as best as we can to recover the item; such a process may take up to 6-8 weeks.

If the product is found to be faulty, please inform us within 48 hours on receipt of product. Please also attach the photo of damaged item. Any product found to be faulty after this period may not be exchanged or refunded. The refund does not include the postage(shipping & handling fee).
