Cosmetically the Camera is in MINT, MINT, MINT condition, shows no signns of wear what so ever

Cannot get the camera to power up.

Saying all that, the camera is being sold as is with no returns.

Contents:  Camera, battery charger, av  cables, documentation, software (never opened) & origianl box.

Again this camera is in MINT Condition but I cannot get the camera to power up
