It is against the California State Health and Safety Code 106960 to accept returns of wig or hair pieces. We are unable to accept returns. Incorrect and damaged items will be replaced if the item is in unworn, factory sealed condition. Our team of associates at Signature Locks will exchange the incorrect wig upon inspection.
We do NOT accept delivery of returned products. They will be returned unopened at sender's expense. NO exceptions.

The hair is made from the finest KANEKALON fiber. Kanekalon is the most practical and realistic looking fiber and has been extensively used by top wig designers

Wig Fitting The hair is sewn on an Adjustable light-netting cap that is well ventilated, which should fit an average size head 21.5" - 22.5"(Male or Female). No Pins or Tape should be required.
