In no event will Hardware House, Inc. be liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages for the breach of any warranty, including economic loss, damage to property, and, to the extent permitted by law, damages for personal injury. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequentail damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
